1. Excessive, continuous, white/pale yellow discharge, odorless:

  • Symptoms: Fatigue, poor appetite, cold extremities, loose stools.
  • Remedy: Xiang Sa Liu Jun Zi Tang (composed of: ginseng, atractylodes, pinellia, tangerine peel, cardamom, agarwood).

2. Excessive, clear, watery discharge, persistent:

  • Symptoms: Tinnitus, lower back pain, cold extremities, cold lower abdomen, frequent urination at night, loose stools, dark complexion, thin white tongue coating, deep and slow pulse.
  • Remedy: You Gui + Tang Piao Xiao, Tong Zi Li.

3. Excessive, yellow, sticky, foul-smelling discharge, vulvar itching:

  • Symptoms: Dry mouth and throat, poor appetite, lower abdominal pain, red and scanty urination, red tongue, sticky yellow tongue coating, slippery and rapid pulse.
  • Remedy: Zhu Ling Tang gg (composed of: poria, talc, achyranthes) + cork tree bark, schisandra, gardenia, angelica, red peony, peach pit.

4. Excessive, greenish-yellow discharge resembling pus/reddish-white/multicolored, foul-smelling, severe lower abdominal pain:

  • Symptoms: Lower back pain, dry mouth and throat, scanty red urination, red tongue, sticky yellow tongue coating, rapid and choppy pulse.
  • Remedy: Zhu Ling + TNGĐ: KNgan hoa, BCA.
