Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 Antihistamines:

  • How to use:
  • PPIs: Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals. Dosage: 1 time/day, in the morning before breakfast or at night before bed. In severe cases, you can take 2 times/day.
  • H2 Antihistamines: Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals. Dosage: 2-3 times/day.
  • Duration of use:
  • PPIs: 4-6 weeks.

Antacids:

  • How to use:
  • Take 2 hours after meals, 2-3 times/day.

Antiemetics:

  • How to use:
  • Take before meals, 2-3 times/day.

Stomach Protectants:

  • Bismuth: Protects the stomach.
  • Sucralfate: Protects the stomach.

Antidiarrheals:

  • Smecta: Treats acute and chronic diarrhea.
  • Loperamide: Treats diarrhea.
  • Racecadotril: Treats diarrhea.
  • Imodium: Loperamide.

H2 Antihistamines:

  • Names: Nizatidine, Cimetidine, Famotidine, Ranitidine.
  • Dosage:
  • Nizatidine: 150mg (Mizatidine)
  • Cimetidine: 300mg
  • Famotidine: 40mg
  • Ranitidine: 150mg, 300mg (Umetac, Zentac)

Notes on Esomeprazole:

  • Do not use for children under 1 year of age.
  • Breastfeeding mothers: Do not use.
  • Pregnant women: Use only when absolutely necessary.
  • Elderly: Can be used.

Other medications:

  • Zentel: Albendazole.
  • Fugacar: Mebendazole.
  • Ursodeoxycholic acid: Bile acid.
  • Silymarin: Supports the treatment of liver-related diseases, protects and restores liver function.
  • L-ornithin – L- arpatat: Increases the process of urea synthesis from ammonia, in cases of liver dysfunction, cirrhosis, hepatitis, ammonia poisoning.
  • Arginine: Increases urea synthesis.
  • Metadoxin: Detoxifies acute alcohol poisoning, fatty liver due to alcohol, supports the treatment of acute and chronic liver diseases.
  • Metadoxyl: Metadoxin 500mg.
  • Alcolclear: Metadoxin 500mg.
